a mixed bag near the cathedral
noisy room creaking door
the location was acceptable, near main attractions.
The room was quite noisy, i heard everything from the corridor. also, the room door creaked loudly. People walking past or other doors opening disturbed my sleep. i found this very annoying, especially at night.

Solid City Center Hotel
central location quiet courtyard clean rooms good selection
The hotel location is very central. It is well placed for busy restaurants. The hotel sits back in a quiet courtyard though. The rooms appear very comfy and tidy, I enjoy it. The breakfast has a good selection, I eat plenty. The staff are cute too.
The bottled water was not replaced in the room. They only give bottled water to people who book direct. I had to go downstairs to get more water.

Breakfast include wide selections, the food are very good here. The breakfast area is clean and well maintained every day. I saw many choices like ham, eggs, different breads and cereal.

My room has fridge and kettle. Rooms cleaned daily with bedding. Staff also change towels, if I requested. I like the Molton Brown toiletries they use. It makes showering feel very nice.

Front desk staff are very helpful always. Thomas was very kind to me. Staff are also friendly. I found everyone to be cute and accommodating. Staff ensure my stay were good.

dated room bathroom curtain
the location was good with the cathedral within easy reach.
the room felt quite dated. a curtain separated the bedroom from the bathroom, which wasn't ideal for privacy (i value my privacy). i also felt the cost was not justified given these shortcomings.

i FOUND the location excellent and within easy reach of everything. the staff provided an attentive service. the breakfast offered a varied selection and catered for everyone's taste.
the tv in my room did not work properly.

fantastic stay!
central location friendly staff rooftop terrace fresh breakfast
the location is perfect, right in the center! the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i really loved the rooftop terrace, a true gem (i spent a lot of time there!). breakfast had a wide selection and everything tasted really fresh, it was a great start to each day.
the room was a tiny bit noisy due to street activity, but it didn't bother me too much.

my double room included a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and effective air conditioning, i really enjoyed having all of these. the design was contemporary and functional, i must say. the room size was adequate for one person, it felt pretty nice.

the breakfast buffet had many options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, it made me excited. the quality of the ingredients was notable, and the presentation was very appealing. i definitely enjoyed the coffee, it helped a lot!

great location helpful staff special service
i appreciated the location near many excellent restaurants and walkable to everything. the staff was super helpful, going the extra mile to. they assisted with all my needs. i will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
the room felt a bit warm and stuffy, slightly inconvenient even without it being summer. despite the air conditioning being available, it would have been more comfortable if the room had been cooler upon arrival. i think the air con needs to be turned on before the guests arrive.

the staff was efficient throughout my stay. the hotel location was great for exploring, and i was near everything i wanted to see.
the room was dated basic. only a curtain separated the bedroom from the bathroom so that was not ideal.
